To participate in Split the Pot lotteries, you must:

• Be a resident of Alberta, Canada
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be an employee or family member of Split the Pot Alberta or participating foundations

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

4. Lottery Participation

• Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable
• Winners are selected through a random draw process
• Winners must claim prizes within the specified timeframe
• Prizes may be subject to taxes and other withholdings
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the official lottery rules

5. Membership Program

If you join our membership program:

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Membership benefits are subject to change with notice
• Entries and benefits do not carry over upon cancellation

6. Responsible Gaming

• Not purchase tickets with the primary intent of winning as income

• Not participate if you are experiencing financial hardship

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Split the Pot Alberta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
